Unfortunate for holders. As someone with only a small holding this is pretty good news, should provide good every. Need to remember that the NICC took a huge reputational hit on this saga, they need to try regain some credibility here. It is very clear that the NSW government has a vested interest in the star continuing as a going concern.
remediation programs of this scale are always over time and budget so this is probably a much needed kick up the rear.
