The only question remains, the form of how SGR will wake up and realise the chips are almost up, how could they get to this point. Board renewal and CEO appointment were justified to rescue the business and remediate for survival. Seem to recall, the first order of business for the current SGR Board was to negotiate a bonus for the CEO, wonderful executive planning.
