    I know that one is supposed to be happy at a takeover, but for my family it means a large CGT
    bill. Then all the good dividend shares have jumped recently , so what to replace it with?
    The Altium offer was at about 30% premium to closing price, so one would hope for at least $10.
    Shouldn't be grumpy.
