If due diligence fails wouldn’t that bring a case if false and misleading conduct against the directors?
seems like money for jam buying at $8.37. The directors are not describing the deal as inadequate signaling their complicity in the deal which wouldn’t be argued with by the buyer.
you could drive a truck through todays closing price and the offer price.
