Bit weird there is no mention of price or terms from QIP. Its not great to keep shareholders in the dark like this, especially when Rouse were the highest bidder so we know price has been mentioned. Also not great QIp haven't mentioned there were two other suitors in addition to Rouse. I'm not a fan of being kept in the dark!
