AFR is publishing information that legally shouldn't be in the public domain.
Not sure why anyone would condone that.
It would naive to not think that people in possession of such information wouldn't use it to their benefit.
AFR are using it to sell their paper for instance.
Journalists in the past have also been found to have traded on such information prior to going to print.
