So very unlikely they'll list on the ASX, looks like it would be an all cash offer if one eventuates.

Based on the fact that I want the growing dividends & the possibility of multiple bids I'm holding on.
Part of my holding doesn't qualify for 50% CGT discount until May, unfortunately I doubt the process will take that long.
