ASX has two rules -
IF & WHEN a stock falls 99% from it's high, DO NOT INTERRUPT the carnage as it is "market discovers the price"
but God forbid that same stock rises 30% in a day, send out a SPEEDING TICKET to make sure the run is halted asap - the "Market discovers the price" strategy now goes for a toss...
let's see what this notice is for, has to be a speeding ticket imo
