Be interesting to see what they come out with, was this just a momentum trade. Zip had a similar move a few years ago on crazy volume and it amounted to no news. Just a fomo trade. Strange to get no updated sub holder notices the last few weeks. Still doubt it would be a t/o… just lost a major contract, ex ceo’s seat still warm… if it was an acquirer they have moved very quickly. Think AA would have stuck around if there was any whiff of a hostile t/o. A cornerstone investor / partnership I think would be the best news for holders. At least there is then a chance of this run continuing beyond a straight out buy-out.
