From experience, they need to time to spin bad news.
Ok .... so why not lodge an official Trading Halt notice and deal with it in the 2 days time frame from same to prepare such 'spin' ?
That's how they have done thew last 2 FDA CRLs .... IMO they want us to know this news today or they would have opted for the official TH route by now and saved themselves the pressure of getting this out there today ? They seem adamant that they want this news out there today for some reason ..... let's hope it is for a good reason
