Ann: Pause in Trading, page-93

Based on the last FDA meeting re: CHF / Rexlemestrocel-L the company waited for the minutes, which took only a couple of weeks and they just released the ASX announcement once the minutes were received confirming what they already knew (no pause or TH) ..... you would think that if this pause relates to the FDA minutes from the recent meeting for Remestemcel-L potency assays that once again they would have known the 'outcome' of that meeting and been ready to announce what they believed the outcome was once the minutes in writing confirmed same ?


Has the FDA reversed course on what it said in that Remestemcel-L GVHD meeting and hence a pause was required while the previous prepared announcement is amended ? Who knows ?


Whatever it is, I agree with @Pharmagang though that it is something that has caught the company off guard as they simply weren't prepared ...... a takeover offer from a proposed CHF partner after negotiations went south could be another reason but as always all MSB shareholders will just have to wait until the band aid is ripped off ... GLTAH
