I suspect this relates to the "McPhillamys Gold Project -Modification 1" commenced with EPBC in October 23.
The modification was submitted to modify development consent to incorporate changes identified by the DFS process, specifically:
additional mine development disturbance areas to allow for the optimised layout;
the water supply pipeline (including pump stations, pressure reducing systems and control system); and
the 132 kV ETL (including switching station).
Today the EPBC notified that an assessment approach has been determined. It usually takes around 3 days to publish that decision, not sure if Regis gets advance notice or not. The timing of publication would be consistent with the period of the TH.
