The last CR by way of placement was December 2022. After that 9 million shares were issued for the Acuity facility.
The placement was for 20 million shares at 28 cents. This was a 13% discount to closing price and. 15% discount to 5 day closing average. So most likely issue price will be 11 cents given close of 12.5. Last raise was $5.5 million. But this time to meet the limit of issuing no more than 15% of existing equity the most that can be issued is around 26 million shares so that will raise a bit under $3 million.
We will see. Should open around the issue price and hopefully recover from there. A good news announcement soon after might help!!
