Too cheap, won't be surprised to see a counter bid (James Packer/ etc ) with consultation with Mathison/; Hong Kong Consortium /SGR Shareholders because after the recent SMH injunction by the Hong Kong Partners ,there here for the long game IMHO as last week's court ruling suggests and the TO offer the next business day after clarity on the upcoming fine - $67 million (SkyCity )and as investors see there capital come to opening Queens Wharf- 12 weeks approx - Disgraceful
