Another 4% wondering.... not just products, but possibly shares as well......
Extract from the Cellmid ASX announcement of April 29, 2021, titled AGREEMENT SIGNED FOR SALE OF LYRAMID LIMITED, which detailed the Cellmid/Provelmare sale, and which was approved by the Cellmid Board (as it was known then).....
"A 4% fee is payable to Cellmid on sale of Lyramid shares by the buyer above a certain valuation".
The Roquefort announcement of November 18,2021 revealed that the Provelmare/Roquefort sale of 100% of Lyramid shares was for 1 million GBP, 50% cash and 50% ROQ shares.
I wonder if that deal was "above a certain valuation".
