there seems disrespectfully no communication from Roquefort to AN1 and the enquiry from AN1 referred to in the S.B. ann also seems not replied to else we would have seen a further ann.

If that’s the case there seems a breakdown in the relationship with Roquefort and potentially non compliance with the contract obliging relevant disclosures by Roquefort. AN1 has heard nothing about the Roquefort licensing it appears since the royalties deal was signed several years ago.

Has no incumbent at AN1 or HNG been overseeing in any way or to any extent the deal with Roquefort? It shamefully seems they may be again asleep at the wheel.
