1. The company at no point denied that they were in the process of sounding out a CR. They were and clearly others were aware of of it and sold the shares down.
2. It is the responsibility of the Company Secretary to keep the market informed.
3. NOVONIX at not stage advised the market that a trading halt should occur as the share price did and to todays date continue to decline.
5. Apologists such as yourself is why listed companies get away with murder, when they should instead be held accountable.
