Agreed. I have never seen a “pause in trading” followed by a “please explain letter” from the ASX in the final hour of trading. Usually if they notice anything strange in trading during the day they will request for it.
They have been pretty active on X without breaching any rules so I don’t think that is likely.
So maybe they did receive new informations and are now requesting a pause and a TH to announce it later on.
