however if you believe management they are suitably qualify and remunerated to deal with the asx in an efficient manner.

it does nothing for the companies credibility if they can’t do this and I am not just referring to this issue. There are at least 3 other instances including the au xingao note, the lodgement of asx paperwork last yr and that stupid dso announcement.

IMO if this blindsided management then I would be surprised and on that basis they should have been preparing their response prior to the asx letter.
