So it has to be via overseas local player or govt etc placement imo as I would have been privy and participated as a 708 investor if this was offered to SI’s.

This is my biggest criticism with IVZ is their total F ups regarding timing and handling of CR/placements imo and the equality of looking after all SH’s. Then they raise when drilling only to sink SP, some in this company shouldn’t be here imo, we have had multiple opportunities to raise cash above 20, 25, 30c but NO IVZ continually and raise at record low prices. This has to stop.

Problem with your theory is that one of these insto's crashed the price after discovery was announced.....so much so that the CEO made sure they didn't get a single share in the 13c placement.
Have you ever heard of a CEO doing that?
