CHR in their announcement say-

"As detailed in the latest Quarterly Report, Charger has engaged with a number of companies
expressing an interest in Charger and its Bynoe Lithium Project."

And yet in that Q report all I can see is CHR talk about a farm in agreement with a subsidiary of RIO. Then under "Corporate"- "During the quarter the Company continued a process to consider partnering with a strategic investor to fund its Bynoe Lithium Project."

So I fail to see where CHR "has engaged with a number of companies expressing an interest in Charger and its Bynoe Lithium Project." I've looked for the announcements CHR have made with regard to all these companies and yet they come straight out with an approach from CXO.
