The problem with a partner is that you can be looking at 6 months of negotiations to conclude a funding or equity agreement, and even then, in order to get the best terms, you would need to conduct an "auction" with 2 or more committed parties participating....I have previously favoured a partner scenario, but the CR approach is probably 6 to 12 months more time efficient, and the company should get to a place where they are then be in a much stronger position to do a substantive deal. My opinion only...DYOR!
