    Yes LIT are in an interesting position. Insolvent trading, illegal' frowned upon by authorities but not prosecuted.

    Just realised why the name change from Llithium to Livium.

    When a company is insolvent its unable to incur debt (see the link) so you could say Lithium Aust. Ltd was dead in the water, cant raise cash
    wth no income of any consequence. I would say Lithium Australia is waiting for someone to petition for bankruptcy then they will be dissolved.

    It looks like Livium has taken over the liabilities of Lithium Aust so they could be in the same position next year.

    so the saga continues with Livium and snouts in the trough are still there, are well this is the ASX were mug punters abound
