This is how they make money. Continually support the company by participating in each & every CR & accumulate a large holding. When/if the company becomes profitable the SP should increase. They then sell some of their holdings to get their money back & then some.
This is how the speccy market works, this is why it's called a speccy market. Because it's not certain a company will survive & it needs support. If investors don't want to experience dilution, consolidations or the risks associated with the speccy end of the market, then you might want to look at the big blue chip stocks.
