that's a good and accurate recollection of AGM 2023, IMO, & thanks for corroborating my recollection of CEO Itescu's statements re raising money from capital markets. Frankly, I didn't chew too much on the detail of the financing courses the CEO said the Board was looking at, as I'd worked through the broad prospects before flying into town.
But I do recall them being made clearly, & to all present.
Anyhow that was then.
Right now - post approval - I would prefer (for my SMSF' sake & for the benefit of the greatest number of MSB holders right now) that the corporation take on
no additional equity financing at all, and that needed debt financing come from appropriate revenue-based financing (albeit at a a premium interest rate). Yes, It'd take a degree of management, but no big deal.
