    For something important as this, it's better to trigger Trading Halt for the following:
    • Prevent any insider trading
    • Provide a flag to let everyone know something important is coming
    • To let new potential investors have time to go through announcements
    • To create a sense of FOMO once the TH has ended.
    • Time to prepare and review the announcement to ensure all information has go through quality checks.

    Note: that we will probably get another announcement today or early tomorrow because they only need 1 day, TH is lifted on the 16th (tomorrow).
