Whenever there's humans and monetary incentives involved, there's loose lips imo. Not always sinister, and it often doesn't involve the directors themselves. It can come from anywhere. A lab labourer, a security guard, a cleaner, anyone along the chain with a set of eyes and ears. Humans are historically terrible at keeping secrets. Hence, the trading halt, maybe a few chunky nuggets on the conveyor belt. 100gt plus would stand out when it's over a few metres.
