POSCO is a major stakeholder and is watching the changing policies in USA (as stated in recent announcements, e.g. working with IRA - Infration Reduction Act introduced by Biden Admin.). At some point very soon they shall be ramping up presence in USA supply chain. I noticed POSCO is selling down or out of steel production sites in China in past year.
