    -Market was down but staging a comeback just now.
    -oil price is down from the spike into the 120's and looks to be settling still.

    Calm the farm!!
    All this talk of insider trading is mostly unhelpful bollocks!!
    Rant over!

    Anyone new popping in to do some research would be instantly put off!
