great move.
it was really interesting that winlo highlighted the referral risk. with a number of overseas psychedelic clinics closing / going bankrupt as they are only providing a very small subset (the trip) of the holistic help that is needed by these patients. your gp isn't going to refer you straight for a trip, they will refer you to somewhere that can provide end to end and ongoing holistic support.
this acquisition addresses that unlike other clinics that are spinning up in this space in Australia.
