Have you considered if our Friend is actually able to purchase shares on market given the current situation and pending data releases? As an example, he would have been privy to the FDA application for the fast track designation and the DIPG data may have even been submitted for acceptance to one of the conferences too.

I think he also has 3,000,000 options and enough short term and longer term incentives to deliver.

Notwithstanding the above, it is a rather irrelevant point whether he does or doesn’t buy any shares. I think our Friend buying shares is not what we are all here for at least.
