You were talking about John as CEO (1 May 2023) not CMO, and I’m not sure how you would know whether he has or hasn’t purchased shares. Also, now you are stating directors buying has guided you so I’m not sure what point you are trying to make now.

The timing of James’ resignation would have no correlation to the quality of the “big results”. How long do you think an executive search for a CEO takes and the recruitment and appointment process?

I also believe James had a 6 month notice period so I suspect there could have even been some longer discussions before the notice of his resignation to the market. (James may even still be ‘working’ now and through the transition period until close to his formal start elsewhere as CEO on 7th August) and he still retained a reasonable interest in shares and options, as per the final disclosure.
