after Ross admitted at the AGM that they wouldn't rely on the ATM they just rolled it out again and diluted us massively. The dilution was brought about by them missing milestones on important trial announcements. FDA fast track is a nice to have, but not a big mover. Long term Ross is out of a job, he has now gone against what he said on use of ATM and diluted us all, including the poor sods that tipped $ in early in the year thinking they were funding them to 4 key announcements! There will inevitably be a 2nd strike against the remuneration report at the AGM, good riddance to at least half the board!!! Disgusting action by Ross et al I hope he goes before the dipg data, diluting us on that announcement would be a jailable offense!
