I don't see how a Top Ten ECG Product list, which doesn't feature GMV at all, is some kind of endorsement of GMV. Are you suggesting that hospitals in a pandemic have an aversion to ordering from the Top Ten? "Get me a stock of remote monitoring devices at once, during this emergency, but don't order anything popular or top-rated! Preferably order from a company that isn't manufacturing yet!"

Furthermore, the Prizma has always had FDA approval. So why is there no demand for it? Why isn't it on the list already?
