This is extremely interesting that Vald controls entity looking to get paid out SRN. SRN definitely wont have funds until if they get agreement with Saudi. Vlad has more 250M shares in SRN worth at current prices $2.5M. Couple of possibilities Vald knows SRN could easly pay $11M future as deal with Saudi all but imminent. Behind scenes things are definitely happening only time will tell how it turn out for us holders.
