Also have to remember Vald is largest holder of SRN. In end he only get his payments if reach agreement with Saudi get Victory Bore vanadium project into production otherwise no way SRN can make that payment. Vald current holding in SRN valued $2.5M at current share price but im sure he poured more $10M over years keep SRN alive. Old Vald must be confident stating what he entitle to in this private company.
