No this is someone who is sick of all the chronic under payments that has been going through the system repeatedly - APA arent the first and sadly they arent the last - and of the complete lack of care from the general public. As i said before if directors are made publicly liable for any misses they will then ensure there are enough checks and balances in place to avoid this issue. They are stealing from their staff and will not face any significant consequences apart from some lame stereotyped apology.
