The facts speak for themselves - APA has disclosed to the market that they have underpaid their staff. In some people's dictionary this might seem to be normal course of business but i would think in most peoples cases this would be akin to STEALING - STAFF HAVE BEEN FLEECED. The fact is APA isn't the only company that's doing it but they would definitely not be doing it if the proper safeguards were in place which its blatently obvious is not sufficient. As i have stated APA might be one of the better companies in terms of corporate responsibilities but at the end of the day they have underpaid staff - ie shortpaid staff which is as good as STEALING FROM STAFF. I will give credit where credit is due but i am not beholden to the directors - if they have committed errors i will call it out and will not be muzzled.
