Well if he is going to tap existing shareholders he needs to do it quick as he is running out of time even with the extension.(prefered option)
I reckon if we just secure ownership sp will appreciate on the excellent drilling news and removal of uncertainty surrounding ownership of asset.
THEN he can do a good deal on funding development.
I seriously hope they are not using this extension in the hope that market sentiment will turn around.
