"Does anyone know what the profit margin on the "acquirer" part of the business is - or how much of their revenue and expenses it contributes?"
They mention this in the presentation. They go from ~$450 per terminal in revenue per year to $4400 a year at a 30-40% Gross Margin.
No idea on the margin on existing setup ($450/yr), but it must be a lot better.
