That excludes $57k in consulting fees to the NEDs... AND $821k in payments to other management including TM. How timely there was a shuffle in the board.
If we can reclassify the consulting fees as being part of the NED payments cap and go back 10 years we will probably never need a cap raise again.
We could become the rarest company on the planet...one that mines the directors pockets... Forget 10c...$1 , $10, maybe $1000 here we come! Google couldn't buy us out!
