    Begs the question...why hasn't ATSIC issued a demand for excess payments to be returned???....without this over-payment,and excessive BoDs pay increases a year ago, this Co may well have survived another Quarter without need for a CR...seems they can make debilitating financial decisions with recourse....and posters here wonder why SP is sub 2c today...
