lol...are you really a Board member 'plant' on here Deus?...if SP gets to 10c l have no problem with 'rewards' for Directors...but to hog scarce funds for a year with a descimated SP due to CR (-30+% sp) to pay debts the Co knew they had is simply not kosha...where do you think their priorities were?...TM took on this job with the salary he was on not so long before he snatched a payrise from starving investors.....this Board always intended using oppie funds to line their own pockets imo....and, no doubt will ask for another payrise if ever we do get to mining...that's 'double-dipping' in anyone's books...and, the over-salary cap payment is just plain daylight robbery imo
