Well, they certainly getting a better deal than investors atm Deus...and l think any Board that 'pre-rewards' themselves for taking SP from over 3c to below 2c in 12 months is taking the Mickey....especially when they now want investors to approve their unconstitutional retrospective doubling of non-execs salaries for a-30% SP performance ...and then display so much confidence in their own performance they wouldnt convert performance rights oppies in the same period....gall! is all l can't think off...this last Ann reads more like an oxy-moron Co and from a Colooking to secure $40mill from local investors??...only John Cleese of Mr Bean can compete imo...
