I am in favour of paying our managers and staff well but they should earn their keep. Any bonus payments should be after the goods are delivered.
We small investors have taken big risks in these type of companies and it is not often we get a good return.
I want this to be a big success not only for us but also this Country and its people. They also need to get on with it and issue the permits and licences. This is starting to drag on.
