When the election papers come out, SH should vote no to any renumeration package to all and sundry. These BOD are robbing us SH. The “hide” to ask for an increase. Anyone attending the next meeting of SH’s should raise the question of “payback” if they were wrongly paid. When I was working, and if I was overpaid, the Company instantly took the money back from my pay packet by instalments if I can’t afford to pay back in a lump sum. Over paying themselves is a criminal offence, and these BOD should spend jail time. That’s what I like to see and elect a whole lot of honest Directors.
