LOL....so not only did BODs get an 'over -reward' payrise last year, they paid their mates too much also....and now have the gall to say shareholders 'approved' it at the AGM....unbelievable ...and now to 'wash away' any wrongdoing the Co, with share holders approval of coursr....are going to approve an increase in non-exec salaries and super contributions to complete with ASX rules....but in TM we trust...l am sure they all deserve it so why not bend the rules to make it legal...well done BoD's....love your work...we have plenty of $$$ in the tin to cover it....hmmm so that's how BoDs have been busy lately...goodo...
