Yes, the wild protein is great here. Rather then 'early whitebait', I'm enjoying sea-run trout and big green flounder from the river mouth. The crayfish, blue cod, grouper and venison is a large part of my diet here.
Yes, it usually takes 2-3 weeks for me to get the documentation and that can include emails and phone calls to get things moving. I'm going to wait another ten days or so before chasing this one.
