Seems unlikely given others in the stable that any exploration drilling can be done unless there is at least $15m in the bank to cover the expected $0.2m outgoing and $0.6m fees. Bring on a discounted tax scheme capital raise to certain top shareholders and get the capital raising over with for the next three months.
