Early initial access is critical. Even if the cost of doing business is a bit higher, getting sticky engaged clients will be very valuable, especially when other entities like Penn aren't granted access.
PBH offers very very cheap optionality for a bit of M&A activity. $660m in cash, which honestly was timed perfectly by management. We can go very hard now.
